Design Services Ltd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a contract position mainly on-site in Dalry. The ideal candidate will support commercial and contractual activities, focusing on hot loop testing and input into electrical and scaffolding packages.
Strong experience in procurement and contract management within the construction industry is required, along with knowledge of UK contract forms (IchemE, JCT, NEC4). Candidates must be able to travel to the site at least four times a week, with travel costs reimbursed.
