WHAT TO EXPECT

The global Digital Supply Chain unit is dedicated to improving the digital capabilities of our supply chain organization. It is responsible for preparing and implementing future supply chain processes.

  • In your new position, you will be responsible for the development and management of innovations as well as the digitalization of supply chain processes in all business areas.
  • Together with your colleagues, you will lead and support digitization and process automation projects.
  • Furthermore, you will analyze and optimize processes in close collaboration with internal supply chain units, digitalization experts and other stakeholders, and act as a communicative interface between all relevant parties.
  • Their expertise is in demand for the proactive identification of data-driven business potential through an understanding of internal and external customer needs, as well as for the introduction of new ideas, technologies, and innovative practices in the supply chain.
  • Last but not least, they promote the exchange of best practices and build a regional and global network.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Completed Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business Analytics or a comparable field
  • at least five years of professional experience in supply chain management, including at least two years in the management of digitization projects.
  • Solid knowledge of supply chain systems such as SAP, as well as data analysis and automation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Power Apps), and a good understanding of AI and machine learning processes and algorithms (e.g., predictive models), as well as confident use of standard applications.
  • Familiarity with current technological developments and relevant standards in the field of digitalization, data analysis and AI
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills; Mandarin is an advantage.
  • strong analytical skills, innovative strength, communication skills and enjoyment of working in international teams
