You'll make a difference by:
  • Lead Project Delivery and Financial Performance: Design, develop, and manage complex customer projects, ensuring adherence to defined Project Management (PM) standards and customer requirements, while maintaining responsibility for the project’s economic results and profitability.
  • Drive Technical Consulting and Sales Support: Act as a key technical consultant for customers, collaborating with the Sales Manager or Key Account Manager to propose and agree on optimal solutions.
  • Define Scope and Lead Negotiations: Clarify customer objectives, requirements, and specifications outlined in the Request for Proposal (RFP), and lead the preparation and negotiation process for tenders and contracts.
  • Manage Project Planning and Resources: Coordinate the overall project planning, including scheduling, budget, and risk management, and make key decisions on resource allocation.
  • Ensure Project Alignment and Monitoring: Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer and other external stakeholders, continuously liaising with the internal Project Manager to clarify specifications, monitor milestones, and ensure budget adherence.
  • Control Budget and Quality: Proactively monitor project budgets and adherence to timelines, initiating corrective actions to minimize costs associated with non-conformance and ensuring compliance with relevant standards (e.g., Tax, Export Control, Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS).
 
Your Defining Qualities
  • Relevant Experience: Bring 4 to 7 years of experience in technical solutions/engineering, client-facing professional services, capital projects, construction, or manufacturing environment.
  • Proven End-to-End Project Management: Demonstrated success in managing complex, customer-facing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring excellence in planning, execution, and overall economic performance oversight.
  • Expert Stakeholder and Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to maintain clear, constant communication and build strong relationships with customers, external contractors, and internal teams across all levels of the project.
  • Technical Consultation and Commercial Acumen: Proven experience in clarifying customer requirements, consulting on technical solutions, and actively supporting the tender and negotiation process to secure profitable projects.
  • Leadership and Team Coordination: Experience in managing and coordinating cross-functional teams, including temporarily assigned project staff and external vendors, to align effort and drive delivery.
  • Financial Control and Governance: Strong track record in monitoring budgets, forecasting costs, and strictly adhering to Project Management (PM) standards, best practices, and ethical business guidelines.
