Managing Quantity Surveyor
A leading UK civil engineering and infrastructure contractor is seeking an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team around Hampshire. Responsibilities of Managing Quantity Surveyor: Provide accurate and timely cost and value reporting at both project and business unit levels Draft and update monthly CVRs, cost and commercial plans, and cash flow reports Compile upstream applications for payment through to final account settlement Manage subcontract procurement, negotiation, and financial accounting Liaise with clients and third parties on commercial issues including contractual change, claims, and additional payment Effectively manage contract and subcontract agreements, primarily IChemE and NEC forms Ensure supply chain is engaged with correct contract terms and conditions, maintaining strong relationships Support all internal commercial processes, ensuring adherence to timeframes and compliance Identify and realise commercial opportunities...
