Electrical Lead Engineer

Location: Hospital (Static Site Role)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Lead Engineer to take ownership of electrical services at a major hospital site.

This is a key position acting as the electrical subject matter expert (SME) across the site, leading engineering delivery for both in-house teams and specialist contractors. This role offers the chance to step into a senior, site based leadership position on a long term, secure contract.

• Lead all electrical services across the site (LV & HV)
• Oversee BAU maintenance, FWT, projects and planned shutdowns
• Act as the NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor (QS)
• Ensure compliance with HTMs and healthcare regulations
• Coordinate contractors and support site Supervisors and Engineers
• Act as a senior stakeholder for all electrical matters on site

While there is no direct line management, you will lead and drive the electrical function across the contract.

We are looking for a strong electrical professional who can operate at SME level and confidently lead electrical compliance and delivery within a healthcare environment.

• Recognised electrical qualifications
• 2391 Testing & Inspection
• LV & HV Authorised Person (AP) status
• Strong knowledge of HTMs
• Experience within healthcare or similar critical environments
• Full UK driving licence

A strong Electrical Supervisor ready to step up will also be considered if meeting the technical requirements.
