About this Role This Senior Quantity Surveyor position offers an outstanding opportunity to drive commercial operations for a specialist steel fabrications division in the West Midlands. You will lead commercial management across a diverse portfolio of steelwork and fabrication projects supporting major infrastructure schemes. Drive commercial strategy across bespoke steel fabrication projects to maximize margin performance and profitability. Prepare detailed monthly cost and value reports (CVRs), cash flow forecasts, and risk assessments. Administer live NEC and IChemE contracts, securing full entitlement for variations, scope changes, and final accounts. Manage subcontract procurement, lead supplier negotiations, and oversee valuation and accrual cycles.
