Role Overview The Completion Engineer ensures that all project deliverables-including quality documentation, test records, safety files, red line drawings, and asset data-are fully completed, validated, and submitted in accordance with client, regulatory, and contractual requirements. The role acts as the link between construction, commissioning, design, and client teams to ensure a smooth and compliant handover of new water and wastewater assets.
