Job Description   What will be your responsibility: Improve and sustain processes by defining and driving Practical Process Improvement projects and programs.  This includes: Implementing lean principles across the company and to manufacturing processes. Achieving continuous cost reductions throughout the entire manufacturing and supply chain flow. Support projects related to the transfer, resourcing, or outsourcing of manufacturing processes. Lead and complete cross-functional and cross-site projects that tackle operational issues from start to finish.
