Job Scope: The Process Engineer role works in developing the factory and aiming for zero losses and zero waste. He/she will apply Unilever Manufacturing Standards (UMS) tools and methods to counter losses in Safety, Quality and Production. With time he/she will act as the technical trainer for line operators in subjects like Machine Mastery and UMS Tools. He/she will also work in day-to-day activities to counter the issues happening on the lines along with the operators. With the mentioned activities, he/she needs to keep the lines OLE in mind to achieve the desired target and sustaining the improvements.
