What you will be doing Provide longer term refining process engineering technical deliverables with a focus on broader fleet/ platform specific initiatives Collaborate with Senior Process Engineers to drive implementation of continuous improvement elements e.g. technology focused trainings, tools training, innovative technical solutions Provide technical guidance to Process Engineers on manufacturing deliverables What you should have Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering 5 – 10 years of experience in chemicals process technology (Olefins, Aromatics, Polyolefins, Resins, Specialties Chemicals) Able to provide meaningful technical insights from large datasets using data analytics concepts/ tools

What you will be doing Provide process engineering and technical support to: ExxonMobil’s global manufacturing sites Capital projects ensuring efficient use of capital Lead or support troubleshooting or improvement opportunities for value capture Mentor less experienced engineers, and proactively share technical and organizational knowledge What you should have Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering 3 – 5 years of experience in oil and gas, petrochemical or refining industry Experience in solvent extraction, solvent dewaxing, hydroprocessing, hydrocracking, deasphalthing and/or distillation is preferred Working knowledge or experience in one or more of the following: Manufacturing or operations support experience including monitoring, troubleshooting, asset support, projects and turnarounds Process and equipment design including use of process simulation package
