The Role Position Purpose What’s the role – This position is in Norco’s Technology Department and the primary function is to support the development and execution of Norco Chemical & Energy Park small capital projects.  The department supports both Chemicals and Energy (Refining) Assets.  The projects range in size from $0.2 to $25 mln and typically this role is responsible for eight to fifteen projects depending on size and complexity of the projects.  One of the primary responsibilities is the development of the process design.  For low complexity projects (i.e. - equipment purchases, etc.) this position may have to obtain quotes, but will have limited if any responsibilities with purchasing and construction.   For larger more complex projects this role is responsible developing the project premise document, basis of design document, and validate the business case.  The primary responsibility...
