Basic Function The Process Safety and PHA Engineer is a process safety leader for the LyondellBasell Bayport Complex.  A primary focus for the individual will be to actively participate and lead the PHA and HAZOP process at the complex.  The individual will be a key participant in all the PSM programs as well as identifying improvements to existing programs and developing and implementing improvement solutions. The individual will interface with a diverse group of customers including process and project engineering, operations, maintenance, plant management, HSE, and global process safety.
