Candididiates should be chemcial engineers with rounded design and project delivery expertise that includes translating business requirements into functional descriptions via conceptual design, scoping, feasibility studies ,estimates ,contractor assessment , selection and management, ensuring safe installation and commissioning and generally taking responsibility for delivering projects to time, performance specification and budget .
