YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES The primary responsibilities of this role are to:  Performs laboratory testing of Chemistry experiments in support of Process Development, Environmental Operations, Process Support and Optimization, and other development projects; Work on projects under the guidance of experienced Chemists to reduce waste, increase efficiencies, streamline processes, and identify cost savings opportunities; Support lab operational excellence and implements best practices in a lab facility; Support build of new equipment/reactors in a lab by driving safety reviews; Gain knowledge of the operation of lab/bench/pilot equipment/reactors with high complexity.   WHO YOU ARE   Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:   Required Qualifications:   Currently pursuing a degree or advanced degree in chemistry;   Preferred Qualifications: Candidates should have lab...
