Accountabilities: Manage the entire Seeds processing, Warehousing and related Engineering & Maintenance activities and its continuity. Responsible for the Quality of the products made by the Plant. Takes part in investigation of root causes of Customer Complaints and identified Non-Conformities; performs actions for improvements. Accountable to comply with all Syngenta Policies, Standards, Codes of Practices and Health, Safety, Environmental (HSE) Guidelines. Act as a role model of the continuous improvement of the function; apply right the Operational Excellence (OpEx) tools (Measure & manage performance by KPIs). Ensure best utilization of all resources to fit business requirements, including materials, machinery, energy & human resources.
