Process Improvement Coordinator 

Are you ready to elevate your engineering and LEAN expertise? As a Process Improvement Coordinator, you will be vital in transforming our operations! This is your chance to drive efficiency, foster innovation, and champion sustainability in a dynamic environment where your ideas will be valued.

Your Mission:

• Innovative Idea Catalyst: Gather and organize groundbreaking ideas for site enhancements, ensuring they are ready for impactful implementation.
• Data-Driven Innovator: Analyze operations data to uncover improvement opportunities that enhance cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Collaborative Partner: Work with the Production System Coordinator to implement and refine LEAN-based processes that empower our teams.
• Change Management Leader: Manage changes to processes and equipment, ensuring thorough documentation and standardization for success.
• Sustainability Advocate: Lead sustainability initiatives, monitor energy consumption, and enhance our environmental footprint.
• 5S Champion: Implement and coordinate the 5S process across all plant departments to foster organization and efficiency.
• Process Review Advocate: Engage with process owners in regular reviews, identifying new opportunities for continuous improvement.

Who You Are:

• LEAN Enthusiast: With at least 2 years of experience in a ONEPSS environment, you have a solid grasp of LEAN principles that drive operational excellence.
• Bilingual Communicator: As a native Hungarian speaker with intermediate English proficiency, you excel in fostering collaboration across diverse teams.
• Safety and Sustainability Champion: Your awareness of safety and sustainability practices ensures our operations exceed best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Dynamic Presenter: You have experience delivering impactful presentations to various audiences and inspiring teams to embrace change.
