What will be your responsibility:

  • Improve and sustain processes by defining and driving Practical Process Improvement projects and programs.
  •  This includes:
    • Implementing lean principles across the company and to manufacturing processes.
    • Achieving continuous cost reductions throughout the entire manufacturing and supply chain flow.
    • Support projects related to the transfer, resourcing, or outsourcing of manufacturing processes.
  • Lead and complete cross-functional and cross-site projects that tackle operational issues from start to finish.
  • Drive the Practical Process Improvement funnel by:
    •  Identifying improvement opportunities through data analysis and collaboration with operations teams.
    • Crafting, proposing, and driving approval of the improvement roadmap.
    • Being responsible for cost and labor planning and allocation in collaboration with company management.
  • Provide the necessary training to ensure successful execution of improvements. Drive Kaizen and 5S program.
  • Actively use and promote a Change Management approach to communicate effectively and handle changes successfully
  • Document and report the results of work in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

 

Requirements:

 

  • University degree or equivalent experience in a technical field (Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or other relevant degree) or proven experience
  • 1-3 years’ experience with project or process management or lean manufacturing
  • Knowledge of lean methodologies, continuous improvement practices and certificate of Six Sigma is an advantage
  • Creativity in solving various complex situations in technical and social areas
  • Ability to lead effectively cross-functional teams on projects
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office tools, including ability to build reports and conduct data analysis
  • Good English skills
