Senior Automation Engineer (m/w/d)

• Project responsibility for the planning and implementation of Support Team Engineering internal automation projects for buildings, production and infrastructure facilities
• Support of concept development and implementation of controls and visualization systems
• Further development of the building infrastructure around electrical and automation
• Coordination of external employees to ensure the electrical and automation availability of the building
• Concept development for the implementation of new standards & technologies in the building
• Creating specifications for DeltaV programming
• Support for DeltaV recipe creation and optimization
• carrying out tests and commissioning
• Maintenance and optimization of the alarm management system
• troubleshooting in automation matters
• Training and promoting younger automation engineers

• Degree in electrical engineering, automation engineering or related field
• Proven project management experience
• Proven experience in IEC61131, control systems or Scada.
• Knowledge of relevant EMSRT hardware
• At least 10 years of experience in automation
• Experience with DeltaV and automation projects
• Programming knowledge in DeltaV, Simatic S5/S7, SIS
• SAP and Comos knowledge is an advantage
• problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and team player skills
• Ability to supervise junior engineers
• Knowledge of written and spoken English is an advantage
