The Parenteral Packaging, Transdermals & Device assembly team of Janssen Supply Chain Beerse packages life-changing medicines in a safe, high-quality and efficient way. To support our operational team we are looking for:

Manufacturing Process Specialist (Operations Support) (M/V/X)

In this role you will support the Parenteral Packaging, Transdermals and Device Assembly operational team and be responsible for leading quality investigations and supporting the implementation of corrective actions and continuous improvements to ensure the quality of the products manufactured. You will be expected to build process expertise of our operational areas and represent the operations in project teams.

What do we expect from you?

Your task as a Manufacturing Process Specialist includes:

• Investigate incidents/discrepancies in collaboration with Quality Assurance for quality and compliance incidents and coordinate appropriate actions to prevent recurrence
• Support daily operational activities by ensuring that both system configuration and procedures are up to date
• Representing operations in projects impacting our area of ​​work to identify impact and support implementation
• Act as a driving force in achieving the department's lean goals and objectives
• Identify and implement improvements in safety, quality, compliance, inventory, costs, competencies, revenues and customer service.

Qualifications

Are you the candidate we are looking for?

To be matched with our team you must

• have a thorough knowledge of working in a Good Manufacturing Practice environment and the use of Good Documentation Practices
• express yourself fluently (written and spoken) in Dutch and English - good language skills are a must (e.g. spokesperson during quality inspections)
• can lead and guide multidisciplinary teams in problem-solving workshops
• demonstrate good communication skills and be able to build strong partnerships with Quality, Engineering and Technology departments
• logical thinking when solving root causes and have insight into various problem solving techniques (RATIO, 5 WHY, FISHBONE)
• have an interest in technical aspects of a production environment and have a passion for innovation and continuous improvement (lean)
• have technical insight into systems and equipment - Knowledge of SAP, TruVault, Trackwise, Commet is a plus
