In this role you will support the operational team of CWA (CentraleWeegAfdeling) and Formulation Liquids and Creams and you will be responsible for leading quality investigations and supporting the implementation of corrective actions and continuous improvements to ensure the quality of the manufactured products. You will be expected to build process expertise of our operational areas and represent the department in project teams. From production you will support the improvement projects in the field of safety, quality and/or delivery reliability.

What do we expect from you?

Your task as a Manufacturing Process Specialist includes:

• Investigate incidents/discrepancies in collaboration with Quality Assurance for quality and compliance incidents and coordinate appropriate actions to prevent recurrence
• Support daily operational activities by ensuring that both system configuration and procedures are up to date
• Representing operations in projects impacting our area of ​​work to identify impact and support implementation
• Support during audits
• Act as a driving force in achieving the department's lean goals and objectives
• Identify and implement improvements in safety, quality, compliance, inventory, costs, competencies, revenues and customer service.

Qualifications

Are you the candidate we are looking for?

To be matched with our team you must

• have a thorough knowledge of working in a Good Manufacturing Practice environment and the use of Good Documentation Practices
• express yourself fluently (written and spoken) in Dutch and English – good language skills are a must
• Can lead and guide multidisciplinary teams in problem-solving workshops
• demonstrate good communication skills and be able to build strong partnerships with Quality, Engineering, Process and Cleaning Validation Engineering and Technical departments
• logical thinking when solving root causes and have insight into various problem solving techniques (RATIO, 5 WHY, FISHBONE)
• have an interest in technical aspects of a production environment and have a passion for innovation and continuous improvement (lean)
• have technical insight into systems and equipment - Knowledge of SAP, TruVault, Comet and Trackwise is a plus
