Engineer, Process & Safety

EHS:
1. Leading process and process safety of celasto plant.
2. Safely run the production lines and other production activities.
3. Support safety audit, manage production safety walk.
4. Drive production safety meeting, process safety gap analysis.
Quality :
1. Management and achieve reject rate target for core NVH products.
2. PPAP process implementation, analyze new product production possibility.
3. Coordinate process TS for solution & documentation with QM team.
4. Sample process management with PM and TS team, implement the process stability in production start up or shut down weekly.
OPEX :
1. Achieve OPEX KPI target of effect for process.
2. Cooperate and drive for new project from process ideas, suggestion, or others and so on.
3. Support plant manager for OPEX implementation on process.
4. Implement of mold lines process programming planning to meet the demand weekly with SCM planning and production team.
New project process (including to TMM):
1. Implement production planning team of new project process (including to TMM).
2. Optimization part process to reduce the lost and get high utilization (including to TMM).
3. Cooperate with M&E and operation on continuous machinery optimization for cutting knife and grooving insert (for introducing new project of TMM).
Continuous Improvements: Implement the continuous process improvement, optimization of process, Implement the continuously improve mold line production process.

Education:本科及以上学历，机械/化学/化工/自动化等相关专业;
Working Experience: 5年左右制造型企业生产管理相关工作经验，化工/机械/自动化控制等；如熟悉SAP系统、有质量管理相关证书，优先考虑；
English:听说读写良好。
