Senior Project Engineer

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 

• Lead to obtain the approval of investment plan in accordance with the global process in corraboration with Head Site Engineering head/ Head Project Engineering and global counterparts
• Lead large Shiga engineering projects based on investment plan by coordinating & managing all the parties concerned (both in house and outside vendors)
• Investigate new technologies and establish technical standards for facility and equipment
• Ensure overall regulatory compliance of facilities and equipment and associated documentation and providing training in organization
   

WHO YOU ARE:
 

• University degree or above
• At least 5 years experience in pharmaceutical engineering with GMP knowledge including mechanical knowledge for production equipment, building, HVAC and plumbing, field building standard, fire protection, environment, explosion protection 
• Solid Project management knowledge and skill  
• Project lead and execution for designing, construction supervising from bugeting to handover to process including IQ/OQ for Pharmaceutical facilities
• English communication skill to global function
• Fluency in Japanese and English (oral and written) skills   
• TOEIC L&R > 730,  TOEIC Speaking >120, GBC > 1.8
