In this position you will be accountable for managing the continual improvements of products and processes for the PM products at Hometown and Catoosa. You will also be accountable for driving improvement projects through the DMAIC process from Definition to Control. This position is a member of the PM Quality team and interfaces closely with Operations, Asset, Market Management, Engineering, Safety, Sourcing, and Supply Chain to identify and correct issues proactively to prevent customer quality issues. Projects rely on cooperation with internal functions for operations, manufacturing, asset management, supply chain, sourcing, market management, sales management as well as ensure all our products and offerings meet both our contractual commitments and our customers’ unwritten expectations.
