As a process engineer, you will handle new projects as a member of Asian process technology.

The main role is to establish the production process of new products and improve the process of the current process from the viewpoint of quality and production cost.

In addition, since the Shizuoka site plays the role of APAC's "Production Technology Center," we share our knowledge and processes with other bases.

Process engineers are a department that has the opportunity to communicate with colleagues overseas.

Prototype manufacturing of newly developed products

  • Examination and establishment of trial production process
  • Transfer to manufacturing

Process improvement

  • Evaluation and introduction of new filters, containers, etc.
  • Examination and introduction of new equipment

Support for overseas bases

  • Manufacturing transfer
  • Sharing and introduction support for new manufacturing processes
  • Technical support


  • Interaction with suppliers
  • Causes when trouble occurs

  • Education: High school graduates and above, college graduates and above preferential treatment
  • Work experience: Experience in R & D and manufacturing in chemical factories, or experience in process management and production technology
