The Project Optimization Division is providing Value Improving Practices such as Risk Management, Value Engineering, Projects Knowledge Management and Project Performance Improvement Services to enable best-in-class project performance. The SMEs (Subject Matter Expert) primary roles are to manage capital projects Risk Management practices and analyze any opportunities for improving Saudi Aramco project performance
