主な業務内容

  • プロセスおよび運用手順の改善を行う。

  • 製造および技術の経験を用いて問題を特定・分析・解決する。

  • プロセスのパフォーマンス向上のためのプロジェクトや手順の変更を開始し、主要な指標を追跡する。

  • 顧客の満足度を高めるための品質改善を行う。

  • 適切な意思決定のためにスーパーバイザーに技術的なサポートを提供する。

  • 安全性、規制、供給、製品品質要件に基づく適切なプロセス運用のための生産SOPを維持する。

  • 品質リスクを減少させるために、責任あるプロセスに対するp-FMEAを実施・開始する。

  • 責任あるプロセスのためにPHA(プロセスハザード分析)活動に積極的に参加する。

  • 内部および外部の品質問題に対する問題解決プロセスに対する責任を負う。

  • 製品に含まれる化学物質の管理と管理を行う。

  • 他のプロセス/他の組織の理解

教育、職務経験、資格およびその他の要件

  • 機械工学または化学工学の修士号/学士号

  • 日本語と英語の両方に流暢であること

  • プロセスエンジニアリング、製造または同等の分野で3〜5年以上の経験(望ましい)

  • シックスシグマグリーンベルトまたはそれ以上の資格(望ましい)

Job Description Summary

Molykote® is an innovative and high performing lubricant that helps protect against extreme environmental and operative conditions. Our Chiba plant is producing the Molykote products and deliver them to the customers globally.

We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Technology Engineer, Expectations of this rale are improving the manufacturing process to be higher productivity process, improving product quality to meet the customer expectation and also contributing new product launch and scale up. Other than them, he/she works for EHS, PSM etc, to meet Dupont requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make process and operating procedure improvements.

  • Identify, analyze and resolve problems using manufacturing and technical experience.

  • Initiate projects and procedure changes to improve process performance and track key measures.

  • Improve quality for the customer satisfaction.

  • Provide technical support to supervisors for their proper decision making.

  • Maintain production SOP for proper process operation with safety, regulatory, supply, and product quality requirements.

  • Implement and initiate p-FMEA for his/her responsible process to reduce quality risk.

  • Actively attend PHA activity for his/her responsible process.

  • Accountability and Responsibility for problem solving process for internal/external quality issue

  • Control and management of chemical substances contained in products

Required skill-set

  • Quick learner

  • Able to work independently

  • Cross site/region communication skills and promote strong communication with all team members

  • Self-initiative - identify improvement opportunities and form projects to close them

  • Problem solving

Preferred skill-set

  • Process Safety, PHA(Process Hazard Analysis)

  • MOC(Manage of Change), p-FMEA(process - Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) , RCI(Root Cause Investigation)

  • Economic evaluate (RONA, EBIT and Cash Flow)

  • Understanding other process/ other organization

Education, Working Experience, Certificate and Other Requirements

  • Master / Bachelor in Mechanical engineering or chemical engineer

  • Fluent in both English and Japanese language

  • 3 - 5 years or above in Process Engineering, Manufacturing or equivalent (preferred)

  • Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or above (preferred)
