What role you will play in the team

 

You will be an integral part of our engineering team providing deep technical insights from a process technology fleet perspective and support to ExxonMobil’s chemicals manufacturing facilities globally.
Position is based in Kuala Lumpur

What you will do

 

  • Provide longer term chemical process engineering technical deliverables with a focus on broader fleet / platform specific initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Senior Process Engineers to drive implementation of continuous improvement elements e.g. technology focused trainings, tools training, and innovative technical solutions.
  • Provide formal and informal technical guidance to Process Engineers on manufacturing deliverables.
     

About you

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Chemical Engineering
  • 5 to 10 years of technical experience in refining process technology (Olefins, Aromatics, Polypropylene, Polyethylene, Resins, Specialty Chemicals, Butyl 
  •  Ability to garner technical insights from large process engineering data sets using analytical tools and concepts
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural global team
