You will be part of the Midstream operations/ production support organization.
The role will support midstream organization in safe operation and optimization of LNG facility, all field assets and equipment. The role involves supporting the Production Support Manager/shift team for short-term delivery of operational outcomes against the business plan.
What’s the role?
Your role responsibilities include:
Support implementation and assurance review of ESP (Ensure Safe Production) processes, workflows, and deferment elements, focusing on continuous improvement.
Assist QGC Midstream Operation team with Asset Integrity, Process Safety mission, and maintaining Process Safety Fundamentals.
Manage Operations-related Management of Changes (MOCs) through their lifecycle, acting as the Responsible Job Person and focal point.
Responsible for Alarm management process.
Coordinate actions from Operations Proactive Technical Monitoring and Alarm management meetings.
Identify and optimize operating variables for maximum plant efficiency with shift teams and engineering.
Support flare reduction scope and review operational GHG reduction opportunities.
Capture operation activities/tasks into procedures and work instructions.
Lead selected Operations HSSE, quality, and reliability incident investigations, and close out incident reports.
Coordinate input to and output from selected Operational Risk Assessments.

What we need from you
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Knowledge of ESP and Process Safety Fundamentals principles, process engineering, Permit to Work systems, and LNG safety policies and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to interact and influence effectively with every level of the organization.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, define issues, collect data, draw conclusions, and support gap closure plans.
Knowledge level in continuous improvement skills.
Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and task management skills.
Knowledge level in working with KPI guidelines to deliver monthly requirements aligned to the annual business plans.
