Process development involves multiple aspects associated with identifying a new process concept and developing it into a commercial application commensurate with the business strategy. New process concepts can include new active materials, new chemistry, new feed or product, or new unit operations/process configuration. The role of the process development engineer is to identify, evaluate and develop process configurations options and then determine the critical steps for establishing the commercial process readiness for the leading option. The process development engineer may also focus on execution of the scale-up of the technology utilizing tools such as advanced modeling, pilot plant experimentation and scaling data to reduce technical risks needed to ensure successful commercialization.
Come be part of the team, with opportunities at our Clinton, New Jersey and Baytown, Texas locations.
