Process Engineer

 Ensure that all safety, environmental, health and security rules and guidelines are being adhered to for maintaining an accident-free, healthy and clean environment at the workplace;

- Responsible for the production line process management; review and update production parameter of key products. Optimize the productivity via process control, cost, quality and safety；
- Monitor production line equipment technical specification & technology application fulfilment
- Responsible for production / process problem (process unstable; product quality issue; etc) troubleshooting;
- Responsible for the documentation for Production process related work instruction, SOP and training material for operators；Provide process training to production team;
- Cooperate with Production & Quality Control, ensure the product quality reliability. Support Product Quality risk-based evaluation by production unit, work with Production team to establish process parameter & process control limitation；
- Support new product transfer/development related projects and take ownership of plant trial；
- Maintain AE and OpEx database and provide regular reports; Identify bottleneck of facilities and optimize main production process；
- To support the implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949 and Process Safety Management by practicing them accordingly to ensure full compliance with the requirements as stipulated in the system.
- Support Audit, C&C survey, and continuous improvement.
- Carry out tasks assigned by the supervisor.

- College ’s degree or above in chemistry, chemical engineering or polymer processing.
- Minimum 2 years working experiences in chemical industry in an operations/process management environment.
- Good technical analysis capability on problem solving
- Good knowledge in tools of Continuous Improvement
- Computer literate – Microsoft Application
- Good communication and training skill
