What we are looking for:
The Environmental & Decommissioning team currently has a vacancy for a Senior Environmental Specialist with experience in environmental assessment studies. If you enjoy a fast-paced working environment, developing approaches to combine technical challenges with regulatory compliance then we would love to hear from you.
You will work as part of a highly skilled team, working with a wide range of clients on varied and interesting projects related to the energy industry. The Genesis Environment Team comprises a broad range of specialists including engineers, marine biologists, chemists, acousticians, and GIS specialists.
You will primarily be involved in the preparation and submission of a range of environmental engineering deliverables including environmental permitting requirements, environmental impact assessments, environmental management plans, and sustainability-related services, in line with regulatory and client specific requirements. In addition, you may also be required to support clients’ decarbonization and energy transition activities.
About The Job
The successful candidate will work within the Environment & Decommissioning Team, interfacing with the wider Genesis organisation through interactions with other discipline teams and providing environmental technical inputs on a variety of projects for public and private clients in Malaysia and overseas.
