Lead/Principal Process Engineer

£70 to £90,000pa + numerous benefits 

Gas Emission/Air Pollution Control Technology

Our client provides specialist industrial air pollution control, gas treatment and odour control packages – turnkey supply of the complete system: design, supply, installation, and commissioning all backed by post project maintenance and optimization services. Whether the  requirement is a skid mounted package, a simple fume scrubber, thermal oxidation systems or a complex multistage gas cleaning process , our client has the solution to assignments ranging in value from £50k to £15M.

The appointee will lead and develop a team responsible for delivering process designs and engineering for new projects and in support of sales bids. They will take ownership of the design, determine the process, develop it, and act as process guarantor.

Key qualifications and competencies:

•Degree in chemical or process engineering

•Chartered engineer status

•Substantial experience of equipment process design for chemical process plants ideally with specialist exposure to gas scrubbing technologies or related environmental process systems.

•Professional engineer able to influence technical decisions and understand the commercial context of process engineering within projects.•Full driving licence & valid passport

•Right to work in the UK
