We offer graduate entry-level Process Engineer roles in a diverse range of areas, and welcoming applications from all technical disciplines:

Your main tasks will include:


·       Analysis and development of production processes

·       Development and implementation of production machines / systems

·       Execution of product and plant tests

·       Improvement of existing production machines / automation processes

·       Planning, calculation and implementation of technical projects

·       Analysis and comparison of variants of technical development potential

·       Cooperation with machine suppliers

·       Project Management

·       Growing personnel responsibility for the line teams



Job Qualifications


  • Completed university studies (University/UAS) in a technical area (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics, process engineering, industrial engineering)

  • Very good analytical skills and quick comprehension

  • Extra-curricular activities

  • Strong communication skills, assertiveness, teamwork and leadership skills

  • Initiative, flexibility and ability to coordinate

  • Good knowledge of English and German



  • Exciting work and responsibility from Day 1.

  • A permanent employment contract with a competitive salary, yearly performance-based compensation reviews, and a wide range of social benefits (e.g., flexible work environment, company pension plan, Christmas and vacation bonus, stock purchasing programs). For Austria, a collective agreement minimum salary starting at 2208€ applies. The actual salary is above the CA and is based on the Austrian labor market as well as global P&G standards.
