Summary:

Laird Performance Material (A DuPont Business) is looking for a new team member to join our team as a full-time position located in Bac Ninh province.

 

This position is responsible for, but not limited to, involves managing the manufacturing process from start to finish, from developing processes and tools to training staff and evaluating products. The goal is to maintain quality, productivity, and efficiency while ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to

  • Perform equipment verification and validation and process IQC/OQC/PQC
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deploy design changes
  • Develop manufacturing processes, tools, and fixtures
  • Train and supervise production staff
  • Create manufacturing work instructions and process documents
  • Improve production process through tooling, fixture design, and automation
  • Estimate production lead times, staffing, and related costs
  • Interface with vendors to evaluate products and source materials.

 

Job Qualifications:

Requirements:

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree - Mechanical (preferred) or Manufacturing / Industrial / Electronical Engineer

Skills and competencies:

  • Min 8 years work experience in foreign manufacturing company (FDI)
  • Knowledge in stamping (preferred), mechanical design, machining, tools and die equipment, fabrication process
  • Fluent communication in both English language both verbal and written, Chinese language is a plus
  • Knowledgeable in SolidWorks or other CAD applications, Electronics/PCBA debugging, instrument test is an advantage
