Job Responsibility

• Lead production process automation control upgrade and modification for product/process improvement.
• Engage site PSM activities to ensure compliance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead capital project activity.
• Works closely with site manufacturing teams and technical engineers to define and execute improvement goals (safety, asset productivity and quality)

Qualifications

• MS or BS in EE, ME, Ch.E or Automation Control background.
• 5+ years production process automation control design and engineering experience.
• Familiar with Solidworks or Pro-E, Creo2 and AutoCAD 
• Strong communication and leadership on project management
• Good English communication/report written capability.
• Project management skill is must.
• Coding Skill, Database related experience, Six sigma methodology, PSM will be plus
