Job Description

Engineering Manager
  • Establish vision and strategy for engineering team(s) to facilitate the achieving of corporate objectives
  • Identify staff development needs/ opportunities and provide timely constructive feedback and guidance
  • Understand, guide and influence technical decisions that lead to desired business results
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
  • 5-10 years of experience in Oil and Gas industry with 2 or more years in a supervisory role
  • Ability to create competitive advantage through our people
