The Manufacturing Engineer III, working with the Manager, Engineering and Manufacturing Operations, responsible for working in the development and improvement to manufacturing processes by studying product and current manufacturing methods.

What will you do?
•Design, install, fix, repair, and/or maintain equipment. Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services; following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; requesting special service.
•Support CAPEX projects for business growth through designing and conducting research of manufacturing and facilities equipment; applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, risk assessments and materials; conferring with equipment vendors; soliciting observations from operators.
•Involved with the Manufacturing Sciences team for identifying the most effective production process and guidelines.
•Prepares equipment and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
•Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
•Create and revise Procedures, Forms, and other GMP documents via Change Control System. Ensure that systems and procedures are in-compliance with GXP, cGMP and EHS requirements to support the business requirement.
•Create training materials for engineers and operators and train them in usage.
•Write and summarize protocols and reports for equipment qualification.
•Work with other engineers in a team environment to achieve project goals in a timely fashion; however, must also perform efficiently and own with minimal direction.
•Ensure standard process approaches are always sought to future proof where possible any applied projects.
•Promote and develop a health, safety, environment, and participation in the safety committee.
•Maintains product and company reputation by following government regulations.
•Can be assigned various other tasks that need to be completed along with the Engineering projects.
