Wood is recruiting for a Process Engineering Manager to join our Minerals & Metals team in Brisbane, leading and growing our team toward our 2025 Growth strategy objectives. This role is Full Time and is based in Brisbane CBD, in a new office location with end of trip facilities.

As Process Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of professionals in engineering and design and be responsible for providing overall technical assurance of deliverables ranging from studies through to detailed engineering and execution. You will also be responsible for ensuring organisational planning for the group.
This opportunity will employ your embedded people leadership skills to build a collaborative working culture. You will guide your team through our business strategy and project delivery, whilst coaching individuals to achieve career / professional development goals.
As part of the Australian Engineering leadership group, you may act as a discipline subject matter expert to support and drive Process Engineering excellence across the wider organisation.

About You
Ideally you will have built a successful career within the Minerals & Metals sector with a balanced skill set across technical application and people leadership, with proven ability to strike partnership and enable collaboration among internal and external stakeholders.
Your breadth of experience in leading a Process department in major / medium scale projects within Minerals & Metals will enable you to drive design and technical assurance, influence and develop a high performing team locally in Brisbane while working in concert with our Perth office to deliver projects globally.

You will be an Australian citizen or alternatively be eligible to hold Permanent Residency (PR) to work lawfully in Australia. This role is eligible for sponsorship and relocation to support your candidacy if you are based locally, interstate, international.
