About The Role 

We currently have a vacancy for a Lead Engineering Manager with responsibility for platforms and simulator interface. Working with the Engineering Manager for the Nuclear Island, you will be defining the interfaces with other facilities or systems and agreeing the interface management plan. You will also monitor and oversee the technical deliverables received from the supply chain and manage the review and acceptance process into Horizon.

Qualifications

About You 

You will need to be hold a relevant degree in engineering, science or related subject and, ideally, be chartered or on the pathway to chartership. You will need to have a proven track record of holding an authoritative position on a complex construction project, ideally within nuclear. You will also need to have proven experience of contract and work package management including preparation of technical specifications, tender assessment and quality planning. Finally, you will need the ability to work with a pragmatic focus yet still be able to challenge others from a quality and technical perspective.
