What you will do

 

  • To organize, supervise and optimize blending, filling & warehouse operations. Ensure Blending, Filling & Warehouse compliant with the requirements of SSHE/OIMS/CIMS/GPIMS.
  • Implement the polices/requirements of SSHE/OMIS to maintain a good environment of SSHE. Keep good communication channel with the line operational personal to encourage them evolving LPS and sunshine program
  • Implement the policies/requirements of Controls-CIMS, HCP, SMC, etc. coordinate the owned control catalog. Administrate in line control activities to maintain good control environment in blending, filling & warehouse
  • Productivity and reliability
  • Gather and analyze operation data for MEI to monitor the overall production efficiency & reliability,  find improvement opportunities
  • Provide process troubleshooting support, make technical recommendations, improve process engineering tools and develop process procedures.
  • Supply Chain optimization
  • Collaborate with Production Planning, Deployment & Distribution for achieving a robust supply chain
  • Build best practice and functional expertise around planning and inventory management
  • Design and implement strategies to track and identify the potential cost savings.
  • Planning and stewardship
  • Monitor and control operation expense according to Opex target
  • Personnel management and training, performance appraisal for direct reports and contractors
  • Responsible for the coordination and collaboration within operation and engineering team. Optimized work flow with operation and project teams.
  • Act as stand-in in the absence of shift Supervisor.

About you

 

•    Bachelor degree or above in Engineering
•    Project management experience (PMP degree is preferred)
•    Working  experience in the process control industry
•    Demonstrate role model behavior and  support for diversity, leadership, teamwork, customer focus, and personal/process safety.
