Our client is a global player in the high hazard oil and petroleum insurance sector, where it provides services that include insurance facilitation as well as risk mitigation and management to a range of clients operating top-tier COMAH regulated downstream production facilities. The organisation is now looking for an engineer with direct experience of the operational, maintenance or production support /management of major refinery, LNG, petrochemical or other top- tier COMAH regulated chemical plant. The job holder will visit sites, undertake physical condition surveys and inspections, determine operating and maintenance practises and procedures, perform desk top risk assessments and produce detailed technical reports on risk for underwriters, carriers and clients Around 80 days international travel within EMEA annually can be expected. Our client is not looking for process design or project engineers at this time. The salary quoted includes an element for housing. This exciting role is an excellent long term career option offered on a local tax free staff basis.
