The role:

By combining formal learning with ‘real world’ challenges across a number of placements, this programme will give you an excellent grounding in a career within a major global player in the Hazardous Waste industry. The graduate scheme will offer exposure to the following areas of the business: engineering, operations and commercial.

You will take a ‘bottom up’ approach to learning about the organisation and will work closely with the operations and commercial departments to ensure the highest levels of technical excellence. This may be done via the introduction of new technology and hardware, reviewing current practices and processes, trouble-shooting and problem solving, forward planning, reviewing health and safety processes, quality systems and assurance.

The individual:

Academically, we are looking for a 2:1 degree (or higher) from a Graduate Chemical or Mechanical Engineer. You will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, ready to learn and become a future leader.
