Essential Functions:
- You will perform complex laboratory analysis of pharmaceutical products and proficiently use analytical instrumentation, calculate and analyzes data and record data in adherence with our SOP's and the industry.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
- Previous industry experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job:
- Senior Scientist: With a bachelor’s degree comparable to 4+ years, with a master’s degree comparable to 2+ years, with a PhD comparable to 0-2+ years.
In some cases, an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.
Preferred Experience:
- Familiar with large-scale DNA and RNA synthesis.
- Hands of experience with bioreactor systems and scale up.
- Experience and understanding in nucleic acid analytical technologies.
- Working experience with gene therapies or specifically mRNA-based vaccines or therapeutics
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Relevant specific expertise in mRNA purification or very broad & deep expert-level experience & understanding of purification of biomolecules.
- Have strong track record in nucleic acid research.
- Have hands-on and in-depth understanding in nucleic acid synthesis, optimization, and quality control.
- Work independently or with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in English is a must
- Proven problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Proven ability in technical writing skills.
- Time management and project management skills.
