Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chemical Engineer - Process Safety Management Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to promote and drive PSM within our manufacturing plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing PSM strategies, managing PSM programs, and supporting the site's PSM efforts. Additionally, this role will be responsible for increasing production efficiency and driving digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement PSM strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and improve process safety performance.
• Manage PSM programs including Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), Management of Change (MOC), Process Safety Information (PSI), Process Safety Incident Investigation (PSII), and Emergency Response Planning (ERP).
• Support the site's PSM efforts by providing technical expertise, training, and guidance to the plant staff on PSM-related topics.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance process safety, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives to improve plant operations and data analytics capabilities.
• Participate in plant safety and environmental compliance programs, including Process Safety Metrics, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requirements.
• Ensure that PSM-related documentation and records are maintained in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
