We are looking for a Process Engineer whose mission is to carry out plant analysis, determining root cause and action plan to avoid recurrences. You will be in direct contact with the operation, work on the plant floor constantly detecting opportunities for improvement and potential savings both in losses and sustainability, working and implementing innovations together with the other plant areas, to join our Supply Chain team in Panamerican plant.

These are the challenges that await you:

  • Active participation in the innovations carried out in the plant.

  • Analysis and search for plant savings throughout the production chain.

  • Analysis of quality incidents and maintenance failures, determining root cause and action plan to avoid recurrences.

  • Analysis of the main production losses, determining root cause and action plan to avoid recurrences.

  • Analysis and active work in reducing losses in the plant.

  • I work together with the operators for sustainable efficiency improvements and continuous improvements.

  • Main contact with all plant areas: Safety, Quality, Maintenance, Sustainability, Development and operation.

What do we need from you to be part of this experience?

  • Studies: Industrial Civil Engineering, Chemistry, Food.

  • Previous experience, ideally in production and/or quality plants. Not exclusive.

  • User level knowledge of Microsoft, Power BI, statistical process control, six sigma and root cause analysis tools.

  • Analytical capacity, management of root cause detection tools. Ability to lead and work with the operation, achieving implementation of consistent improvements over time, supporting the implementation of projects and innovations.

  • Medium English level
