Janssen spa represents the pharmaceutical sector of the Johnson & Johnson group and markets over 30 medicinal specialties pertaining to five different therapeutic areas with the aim of offering ground breaking therapeutic solutions that meet high standards of efficacy and safety.

For the production site of Borgo San Michele (Latina) we are looking for a Reliability Engineer to be hired with a permanent contract.

As a Reliability Engineer your main goal is supporting improvements to the production process with regards to efficiency, productivity and reliability of our equipment and systems, in the packaging and manufacturing areas. As part of Maintenance Team, you will work closely together with Operations, Engineering and Quality departments. You are a key player in problem solving and maintenance processes improvement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • In collaboration with Maintenance Spvrs and Technicians, foster and support improvements projects with a cross functional approach
  • Projects leading and execution
  • Perform root cause problem solving on equipment and systems to understand the causes of failures, identify potential improvement actions to implement, monitor the effectiveness of the actions performed
  • In collaboration with Maintenance Sr Mgr, optimize the spare parts management/strategy and the maintenance plans
  • Participate to Corporate Platform initiatives
  • Capable of making effective presentations/documents with both technical and business implications.

Qualifications

  • Engineering university master degree (Mechanical, Chemical)
  • At least 2/3 years of experience in the structured industries
  • Knowledge of Lean Tools (Yellow/Green Belt) is a plus
  • Problem solving and priority setting ability
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and computer skills
  • Able to work at different levels of the organization
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
