Process Engineer Manager

In our Product Supply department, we produce consumer goods to supply our customers with high-quality product, on-time, and at a low cost. OVERVIEW OF THE JOB

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be on the production floor meeting different challenges. It's up to you to make decisions and the results of those decisions through. You will discover our leading technologies which are world-renowned. You will also discover the P&G standards and methods. In the end, you will build your capabilities through job experience, mentoring, and training.

YOUR TEAM

You are joining a supply chain team and reporting to the senior supply chain manager

HOW SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Your success would be based on the operational and project work you're doing, which would be reviewed quarterly. Your manager would provide full support through continuous mentoring and coaching.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leads business results improvement via the Focused Improvement Process
• Includes Analysis, Definition, Design, Implementation, and Capability Maintenance
• Work Process changes are documented in standard SDC format Key contacts include Logistics Engineering, IT, Security, QA, and other PD operations support organizations as well as other multi-functional MDO/GBU contacts as appropriate
• Lead new customization and internal project
• Lead CSA (mandated or business elective CSA) every 2 years
• Lead Digital MAGICS self-assessment 5 control areas every quarter (IM, FAM, OGC, P2P, and 3PG)
• Drive accountability thru site/regional scorecard and review processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering fields or supply chain-related with an excellent academic background
• Must have proven success from school or work experience of strong leadership Have healthy analytical thinking and skills
• Curious individuals can make complex decisions using all the available data but comfortable enough to use their gut feeling and instinct when these are missing.
• Proficient in English and Thai
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
• Able to work in Wellgrow industrial estate (We provide the transportation support)
