Part of the Saint-Gobain group, British Gypsum is a market leading manufacturer of gypsum-based building materials from insulation, wall lining dry boards, and plaster to ceilings and floors. Our products shape modern interiors for the commercial, residential and off-site sectors of the construction industry.
In this role you will join a small performance improvement team, driving continuous improvement projects through the adoption and implementation of the best available technologies, World Class Manufacturing philosophies, and the tools and techniques associated with Focussed Improvement. You will be tasked with delivering key metrics across a production area to include safety, sustainability or energy reduction, product throughput improvement, product quality, production speed, and yield. We are seeking a driven, ambitious, and curious Process Engineer and an advocate for customer success and best practice across plant manufacturing operations.
