What you’ll do:

We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist. As a member of the EMEA Field Marketing team, you would focus your marketing experience and creative ideas to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns which are comprised of lead generation, lead acceleration, awareness, and retention elements strategically planned around the stages of the customer journey

We’re looking for a marketer with experience in lead generation, event management (in-person and digital) and email marketing. An interest in content writing and/or account based marketing is a plus.  


You will:

  • Planning, executing and analyzing multifaceted marketing campaigns
  • Adapting global marketing initiatives to be regionally relevant
  • Developing integrated and comprehensive campaigns that are comprised of lead generation, lead acceleration, awareness and retention elements
  • Working through third-parties to increase the reach of your message
  • Liaising with people across the JMP division, including the system engineer unit, sales teams, product management, etc. to ensure the Americas go-to-market plan maps to other division goals
  • Liaising with other field marketers in different regions to share best practices and learn from other successful strategies
  • Measuring and reacting to metrics and then making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes and ROI


What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or a related discipline. Advanced degree preferred, such as an MBA
  • Considerable knowledge of marketing concepts, and considerable experience putting them into practice
  • Experience in online lead generation, lead nurture, account-based marketing, customer care, business development and/or sales.
  • Experience and interest in analyzing campaign success, with the goal of continual improvement


Other knowledge, skills, and abilities

  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to understand and translate technical information to internal and external audiences
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, facilitation, and creative problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English. An additional language European language is a plus.
