Where the Chemistry Happens
We are seeking a professional like you to join our team to lead capital investment projects throughout North America for the Agricultural Solutions division. As the Project Manager you will be the focal point of responsibility, authority, and accountability assuring proper design, procurement, and construction for your projects in accordance with regulatory and internal standards. You will be accountable for the efforts required to execute capital projects, typically <$25mn, during the entire project life cycle. You will also have indirect supervision of a project team of BASF and Contractor personnel, translating the objectives of the project into targets for each of the project team leads. Additionally, you will be responsible for communicating the project status, concerns, and recommended corrective actions to the project stakeholders, typically executive level individuals.
This role will require up to 50% regular travel schedule to support the business.
